- 1 lb lean ground beef (80/20)
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Cheese Whiz or shredded provolone cheese
- 4 sturdy sandwich rolls
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped bell pepper and onion; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Reduce heat and fold in Cheese Whiz or provolone until melted.
- Spoon the mixture into sandwich rolls and serve immediately.
