Method
Cook the Chicken

Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
Assemble the Bowls
- In serving bowls, layer cooked jasmine rice, followed by the cooked chicken, shredded carrots, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
- Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top and serve immediately.
