  • 1 cup mayonnaise preferably Japanese mayonnaise for creaminess
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce adjust for spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more Sriracha for heat or salt for flavor.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour to allow flavors to meld.
