Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts chopped
  • 1 cup dried fruit raisins or cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruit, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and press it down firmly with a spatula.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store granola bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
