  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp lime zest for garnish
Dippers
  • 1 pkg graham crackers for serving
  • 1 cup fresh fruit such as strawberries or apple slices

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until well combined.
  3. Add the sour cream and key lime juice, mixing until the dip is creamy and smooth.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with lime zest.

Notes

This dip can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Just give it a good stir before serving.
