  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes seeded
  • 1 jalapeño finely chopped seeds removed for less heat
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, diced tomatoes, and chopped jalapeño.
  2. Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well mixed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or lime juice if needed.
  5. Let the salsa sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
