Prepare the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch, then dip them in the beaten eggs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
- Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels.
Make the Orange Sauce
- In a large skillet, combine orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the sauce and stir until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
Combine and Serve
- Add the fried chicken pieces to the orange sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
