Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium recommended
Garlic
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice until well combined.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake the Salmon
